Ruth Caldwell married into the Caldwell family and has worked alongside her husband Troy Caldwell, in the family business most of their married life.

Ruth is the current company’s office manager, overseeing the branch offices; handling the company’s accounts receivable and payables.  Her tasks also include all of Human Resources activities.

Ruth also helps with various projects throughout the year as they arise.
