We lost my dad last July and we looked everywhere for a place that could get a stone that represented who he was. Caldwell was so professional and compassionate. We had to quirk a few things on the portrait that we wanted but they ended up getting it spot on. It was placed this morning and we couldn't be more in love with it!! I don't even know where to begin my Caldwell Monument company experience was above and beyond. And there are no words that I could use to describe the monument they created for my mother. My mother had passed 8 years ago in January,  it's been a long, 8 years of feeling like, we failed her for her, not having a headstone we didn't feel like she was full at rest, so we went to Caldwell with a idea a couple of pictures, and they took those items and turned it into something unbelievable, it's incredible, beautiful surreal and better then we could even imagine. The headstone captures everything that my mom cherished in her life and so much more . I'm a very impatient person, and when we got everything taken care of we were looking at 3 to 4 months out before the headstone would be finished and delivered I kept telling myself we've went 8 long years we could wait 3 to 4 month's to have it created. Now mind blown from January to March, the Stone has been designed created and Completed, and is sitting beautifully at my mother's grave. Their whole team is absolutely amazing kind and respectful. I loved how I was never made to feel like this was just a business deal they never rushed us it was the total opposite they took their time listening and took in everything we said and did exactly what we wanted and then some. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Everyone on the staff was caring and professional. Everything was well-explained, and I was kept informed.
